On the recommendation of a neighbour, we employed Steve to emulsion the whole of the outside of the house.  We were so delighted with his work that we engaged him to decorate the entire house inside as well.  At our suggestion another neighbour has also made use of his services.  He is always helpful, polite, cheerful and hard-working.  We have no hesitation in recommending him.
